In fact, most people get worse when they'll go and take rounds of antibiotics. Whetherthey're natural or conventional antibiotics, you're actually digging yourself into a deeperhole. And what I'm going to recommend you do if you have Lyme disease is follow a dietto start to heal and seal your gut lining is the most important thing you can do. AndI would follow a diet what I call a onepot diet or primarily a crockpot diet, every singleday, eating these meals.
I'm going to tell you, you're going to seephenomenal results this way when you follow this and some of the treatments I have foryou. So part of something to remember is that a lot of people think that maybe there's afood that's going to heal them. There is not a food that's going to heal you. Your bodyheals itself. I'll give you an example. If I cut my hand here, there isn't a nutrientthat heals this cut. I just need to keep it covered up. The body heals itself. It's thesame thing. When you have damage in your body or you have a parasite or something that'staking over inside of you, you don't want to treat it. You want to simply strengthenyour natural immune system so your body can
fight it off itself. So that's the most important thing to remember.And many people have practiced fasting for a long time. Now, I don't recommend you fastwith Lyme disease. What I recommend you do is you consume foods that are easy to digestand that help rebuild the strength of your immunity, which all starts in your gut. Andso here's what you don't want to do. Don't do ice cold drinks, don't do raw veggie juices,don't do raw vegetables, period, or a lot of raw foods. You want to be doing foods thatare warming and drying to your system that help eliminate Candida, help eliminate parasiteinfections, and any other type of pathogen
within your body. The way to do that is to consume a diet that'srich in bone broth, organic meat and vegetables. So here's what this meal looks like, is you'reconsuming, you're getting bone broth, you can buy it or make it yourself, you're goingto put that in a crock pot, you're going to get some organic chicken or beef or any typeof organic meat, and then load it up with lots of veggies, and you're going to makea homemade chicken soup or bone broth stew. And that is the perfect diet. You're gettingplenty of protein, but also loads of cooked vegetables, things like onions and garlic.
Natural Remedies for Hypothyroidism and Hashimotos Disease

Today I'm going to share with you the three steps youneed to follow to overcome hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease, and I'll go throughthe top diet, supplements, as well as natural treatments to do so. So the first thing you've got to do, we'vegot to know what causes hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's disease. And to be honest, 90%of hypothyroidism is an autoimmune form of Hashimoto's disease. That's where your bodyis autoimmune. It is attacking itself, which is causing issues with the thyroid.

a glutenfree diet, they will notice immediateresults with their thyroid. So diet wise, the first thing you've got to do is removethose things that are causing inflammation of your gut and the things that are causingmore autoimmune responses within your body. So I recommend going glutenfree and overallgrain free for a period of time, for a total of 90 days, and glutenfree just long termperiod. But gluten is one of the biggest culprits. So again, if you've got hypothyroidism orHashimoto's disease, go glutenfree to start is so important. Also, look for other foodsthat can act like gluten in your body or that cause gut inflammation. Regular grains areone of them, especially if they're not sprouted
or fermented, like ancient grains were. Thenalso, just other foods. Fast foods, too much sugar. Excess sugar in your diet will undoubtedlycause inflammation of the gut, which then, in turn, will cause some of those thyroidissues. The best diet to follow if you have hypothyroidismor Hashimoto's disease is a diet that's high in vegetables, fruits, as well as things likebone broth and organic meats. These are the things that are easiest for your body to digest.That's what you want to focus on, is letting your system rest and doing things that areeasy on your gut and your entire body, if you want to heal the thyroid.
So the type of diet you should be trying tofollow is something very similar to what's called the GAPS diet. Again, it's an ancientdiet that's full of fruits, vegetables, organic meats. So doing things like bone broth soupis fantastic, as well as also eating some probiotic rich foods, like a yogurt that'sbeen fermented for 24 to 29 hours, as well as ancient, fermented dairy products likekefir.
